Frequently asked

How much walking is involved?
Very little. Expect short walks between sites on mostly flat ground, with a vehicle and driver waiting at each stop. The itinerary suits all ages.
Is this suitable for children?
Yes. The pace is relaxed, distances are short and transport is private throughout. Tell us the ages and we will adjust the stops.
Is travel insurance mandatory?
We strongly recommend it. For flights and tours it should cover cancellation and medical treatment in Nepal.
Can I do this trip privately or on my own dates?
Every itinerary can run as a private departure on the dates you choose, usually at a small premium for solo travellers and no premium from two people upwards.
What is the payment schedule?
A 20% deposit confirms your place. The balance is due 30 days before departure, payable by card, bank transfer or in cash in Kathmandu.
